Download Policy

Please contact us if you have any concerns with our digital products, e.g. product failed to download. We will resolve the issue in a timely fashion. An additional copy of the previously purchased item will be redistributed via email as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

All sales are final for any digital items purchased. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit of any physical item. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement item if you change your mind about your purchase. We do not accept returns. We stand behind everything we sell and want to create an easy and convenient purchasing experience for all of our customers. If you feel the item you received is significantly different from the product description, please contact us via email at Fluidinkpublishing@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. We ask that you kindly provide photos of what you feel is significantly different from the description within your email correspondence. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and aim to please.
